Our expertise in CNC bar micro-turning is particularly suited to the watchmaking, medical, electronics and automotive industries, for which we produce components with small diameters, generally less than 2 mm, with extremely tight tolerances (± 2 µm / 0.002 mm).
Technical expertise and machinery dedicated to micro-turning
Our machinery, most of which is Swiss made, consists of CNC automatic lathes with sliding headstocks with 5 to 10 axes, as well as Escomatic turning machines.
The combination of these two types of machining allows us to master all turning and micro-turning processes: from simple parts produced in large volumes to complex micro-parts produced in smaller series.
This industrial versatility allows us to offer tailor-made solutions that are perfectly adapted to the technical and economic requirements of each product.
